Shipping policies


SALMON HOUSE undertakes to deliver the order to the address provided by the Customer. SALMON HOUSE suggests the Customer indicate an address to which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

SALMON HOUSE will NOT be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address provided by the Client DOES NOT correspond to reality, or any of the data has been omitted.


Shipments are made using the services of the carrier ENVIA / INTERRAPIDISIMO / COORDINADORA. After the purchase is made, the order will be shipped within the first 3 business days. Delivery times are approximately 4 to 8 business days (Due to COVID 19 prevention protocols) depending on the Customer's location and the delivery policies of each carrier.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays and will not count toward total shipping time.

Delivery times are approximate. They may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In the event of delays in deliveries, SALMON HOUSE will inform the Customer as soon as it becomes aware of it.

If something new is reported with the delivery (wrong address and/or NO receipt of the order by the customer) the transport company will try again up to two more times. To provide a solution, the CUSTOMER must contact the CARRIER directly. SALMON HOUSE will follow up on the order in which the NEW item is presented. If the CUSTOMER cannot be contacted, the order will be returned to our Distribution Center and the Customer must be responsible for the shipping costs.
